Wavelo Shipping Policy
Wavelo partners with major international shipping carriers (such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS) who work with local couriers—allowing us to ship directly to your door and offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Processing Time (Order Preparation)
We typically require 5–7 business days to process and prepare your order before it is dispatched. During peak periods, major holidays, or high-demand launches, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order has begun processing, we are unable to make changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We ship on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in manufacturing/fulfillment partner locations.
Shipping Time (Transit After Dispatch)
After your order is dispatched, delivery times vary by destination. Based on recent delivery timelines, most orders arrive in about ~3 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier routing.

Estimated Total Delivery Time (processing + transit):
Most orders arrive within 15–25 business days (about 3–5 weeks) from the order date, depending on your location and seasonal volume.
Please note: specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
In some cases, tracking can take 3–7 business days to update after dispatch, especially while the package is moving through sorting facilities or handoffs between carriers. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you still have no tracking updates, please contact us at support@trywavelo.com
Delivery Delays (Beyond Our Control)
While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Wavelo cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, labor disruptions, or carrier delays, which may extend delivery beyond the estimates listed above.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Wavelo has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Wavelo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please report it to the carrier and/or file a claim with them.
Note: We utilize timestamp and delivery confirmation information from the carrier when reviewing claims, and we may not be able to honor requests that are not reported promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on orders immediately, so we are unable to make changes after an order has been placed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
